My Hometown, the Charlie Robison Music Foundation For Youth, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit, operates with the goal of continuing the mission inspired by the legacy of Texas country music artist Charlie Robison.

Founded by Charlie’s family after his passing in 2023, the foundation focuses on diversity and supporting communities, schools, and charities in need, and aims to help Texas Hometown boys and girls gain confidence and a leg up in the world.

Our mission is to enrich the lives of children and young adults through the transformative power of music and artistic expression, inspired by Charlie’s innate drive. We aim to provide access to music education, instruments, and opportunities that foster creativity, confidence, and resilience in youth from all backgrounds.

Beyond music, our foundation is dedicated to empowering underprivileged kids across Texas, offering support in areas Charlie cherished most: music, sports, rodeo, band, 4H, FFA, and more. Through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and music professionals, we strive to help Texas youth find their unique voices, gain confidence, and access new opportunities.

Rooted in Charlie’s passion for storytelling, community, and hometown pride, we honor his legacy by providing scholarships, financial assistance, and donations to support communities and charities in need. By giving a hand up to small-town kids with big dreams, we continue Charlie’s commitment to helping others thrive.
